Deep Tissue Remedial Massage

Deep tissue remedial massage incorporating Hot Stones is a more focussed and advanced deep tissue massage. During this treatment we focus in on your particular pain issue or postural problem. A body assessment is taken and your range of movement will be noted so that a suitable treatment protocol can be established.

Deep tissue Remedial Massage is appropriate for short term ailments like stiff shoulders or more chronic conditions.

Jeanna will use Hydrotherapy, ( hot and cold stones) if appropriate to speed recovery.

Stretching and exercise advice will be given where necessary.

Prices start at £45 per hour.
